Saigon

Traffic rushing by David... on the sidewalk.

Rush hour
I thought this sign was so funny... no flying a kite?!?
A woman taking advantage of the traffic to sell snacks.

Another shot of the traffic using the sidewalk during rush hour

more traffic...A cop trying to regulate the intersection

We arrived in Saigon today and decided to have a look around. Saigon is crowded. The streets are teeming with motorbikes. During rush hour, they even hop the sidewalks! We found a hotel that is on a “backpacker’s” street, so there are lots of cyclists wanting work so much that they sleep in their cart! There are also a lot of sellers, like this woman and her books. Except they aren’t genuine books, they are copied rather poorly.

While dodging motorbikes, I walked by this woman selling cooked baby chickens and chicken’s feet. It looked pretty sick.
